The Studio
Located near the center and the port of Carantec, the Studio de CocoLéon is a small comfortable and fully equipped nest. Ideal for accommodating 2 people, the sofa bed can also accommodate 2 additional people.
Independent of the coworking space, Le Studio de CocoLéon can be rented both to teleworkers who take advantage of the coworking space and to passing tourists for stays of 3 days* to a week.

The old garage has been transformed into a living space of 30 m² very spacious and comfortable.
The Studio is fully equipped:
- Fitted kitchen (induction, microwave, coffee maker, ...)
- Bathroom, WC
- Main bed 140x200 cm on the mezzanine - access via a small ladder
- Comfortable sofa bed
- Landscaped garden and for summer 2023 a private terrace with barbecue
- Adjoining parking, bicycle parking
